When Gianluca received his first mountain bike through supermarket loyalty points, little did he know this crappy heap of steel would ignite a lifelong passion.
Growing up on the Italian side of the Western Alps, he quickly fell in love with the challenging and rugged trails of his home region.
As a semi-professional MTB racer for 20 years, he competed in various disciplines from XC to Downhill and Enduro racing, gaining valuable insights into the diverse needs of riders.
Over the past 17 years, Gian immersed himself in the bike industry, becoming an expert with a deep understanding of mountain biking and the related technology. Driven by his constant search for improvement and optimization, 8 years ago Gianluca established Flow Performance Suspension, a specialized mountain bike suspension tuning and service company.
